Gebroeders Niemeijer opened in 2008 and quickly gained recognition as one of the best bakeries in the Netherlands. The site should bring that credibility back to the craft: bread and pastry made by hand, baked in a large stone-floored oven, with organic ingredients where possible.

Monday closed. Bakery Tue-Fri 8:15-17:00, Sat 8:30-17:00, Sun 9:00-17:00. Kitchen closes at 16:00.
